Boys Soccer All-Stars Named

Central Community College athletics has named the Boys Soccer All-Stars.
Fifteen deserving boys soccer players from across CCC’s 25-county service area were selected and each will receive a commemorative medallion. They are:
- Chris Adreano, Goalie, Schuyler High School: Made eight saves. Coached by Ulises Fuentes.
- David Arciga, Forward, Schuyler High School: Scored 27 goals and logged 11 assists. Coached by Ulises Fuentes.
- Maclain Bailey, Forward, Scotus Central Catholic High School: Recorded four goals and eight assists. Coached by John Bailey.
- Bryan Calderon-Medina, Midfielder, Columbus High School: Saw action in 11 games in 2026. Coached by Jhonny Beltran.
- Gordy Garner, Striker, Kearney High School: Scored three goals and tallied five assists. Coached by Scott Steinbrook.
- Marcos Gomez, Goalie, Schuyler High School: Totaled 64 saves and logged 3.4 saves per game. Coached by Ulises Fuentes.
- Eli Maguire, Scotus Central Catholic High School: Scored three goals in 2026. Coached by John Bailey.
- Kevin Mariona, Defender, Schuyler High School: Scored one goal in 2026. Coached by Ulises Fuentes.
- Kevyn Martinez, Midfielder, Schuyler High School: Recorded four goals and eight assists. Coached by Ulises Fuentes.
- Leandro Mendoza-Diaz, Defender, Columbus High School: Recorded one goal in 2026. Coached by Jhonny Beltran.
- Christopher Moreno, Midfielder, Lakeview High School: Coached by John Arlt.
- Andy Padilla, Forward/Midfielder, Scotus Central Catholic High School: Tallied eight goals and nine assists. Coached by John Bailey.
- Jonny Rosales, Midfielder, Lakeview High School: Coached by John Arlt.
- Zane Slack, Goalie, Kearney Catholic High School: Made 50 saves, scored two goals and totaled two assists. Coached by Luke Jatczak.
- Kayden Slaymaker, Forward, Kearney High School: Logged seven goals and one assist. Coached by Scott Steinbrook.
“This is a strong group of soccer players,” said Brett Harris, CCC head men’s soccer coach. “These boys show that in our service area we can have a high level of soccer. From what I have seen and heard about each of their performances; they are all deserving of being selected as a CCC All-Star.”
The naming of Central Community College All-Stars takes the place of traditional all-star games which had previously been held at CCC venues.
