May 26, 2023
Jason Davis, associate dean of community and workforce education, has been selected by the NE Chamber Foundation to participate in Leadership Nebraska XV.
Founded in 2006, Leadership Nebraska identifies current and emerging leaders throughout the state, enhances their leadership skills and deepens their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing Nebraska. Participants possess varied backgrounds and diverse talents, and all candidates have demonstrated an abiding interest in Nebraska and its future.
The nine-month program covers a broad range of key Nebraska issues, including economic development, workforce and education, agriculture and environment, health care, education, government and policy development.
“I am honored to be selected as a Leadership Nebraska class XV member,” said Davis. “This intellectual opportunity will allow me to grow in my leadership role and provide the necessary knowledge and skills to serve the state of Nebraska and my community. This is a fantastic opportunity.”
Active in the community, Davis works with area businesses and industry to provide training and development opportunities in the areas of leadership, industry, environmental health and customized training to meet the needs of employers within the region.
Outside his role at CCC and community endeavors, Davis will complete his doctoral degree in educational leadership from Doane University this year.
