2024 Summer Athletic Camps
Hone your skills with drills from CCC coaches and student-athletes
Except for golf, all CCC sports camps will be held on the Columbus Campus, 4500 63rd St., Columbus, NE 68602.
Camps
Please register for the grade the student will be in the 2024-2025 school year.
Golf Camp
All coed golf camps will be held at the Elks Country Club, 5113 63rd St., Columbus, NE 68601
1-Day Camp: Monday, June 3 - Registration Closed
3rd-12th grades: 9-11:30 a.m. $35
The focus will be on all aspects of the golf game. Training will be provided by CCC coaches and Raider golfers.
Little Raider Volleyball Camp
Camp Dates: June 17 & 18 - REGISTRATION CLOSED
$35 fee includes a full-size CCC Customized Molten Volleyball (must preregister to be guaranteed a volleyball)
Session 1: K-2nd grade, 9-10 a.m. (6-40 campers)
Session 2: 3rd-4th grade, 10:30-11:30 a.m. (6-40 campers)
The Little Raider Camp will be basic entry-level volleyball skills for beginning players. Primary focus will be on correct technique and learning skills. Training will be provided by Central Coaching Staff and Raider Volleyball players. Volleylite balls will be used to ensure success for young players.
Skills Volleyball Camp
$45 fee includes a full-size CCC Customized Molten Volleyball (must preregister to be guaranteed a volleyball)

Session 1: 5th-7th grade, 1-3 p.m. (6-30 campers)
Camp Dates: June 27 & 28 - REGISTRATION CLOSED
Session 2 (Repeat of Session 1): 5th-7th grade, 9-11 a.m. (6-30 campers)
The Skills Camp emphasizes training the fundamentals and development of all volleyball skills for campers ages 5th-7th grade.
Specialty Volleyball Camps
Pass/Serve/Defend Camp: June 20 - REGISTRATION CLOSED

8th-12th grade: 9:30 a.m.-12 noon (6-24 campers)
The Pass/Serve/Defend Camp is designed to teach campers the basic fundamentals in having great all-around ball control and defensive skills.
Setting Camp: June 20 - REGISTRATION CLOSED

8th-12th grade: 1-3:30 p.m. (6-24 campers)
The setter camp is designed to develop and train the setting position.
Hitting Camp: June 27 - REGISTRATION CLOSED
$30
8th-12th grade: 1-3:30 p.m. (6-24 campers)
The hitting camp is designed to develop basic attacking mechanics.
Little Raider Fundamental Girls Basketball Camp
$45, includes a basketball (must preregister to be guaranteed a basketball)

Coed Little Raider Soccer Camp

K-5th grade: 9-10 a.m.
Covers all aspects of the game including dribbling, passing, scoring, defense and game play.
Coed Technical & Skill Camp
2-Day Camp: July 17 and 18 - REGISTRATION CLOSED
$30 ($50 If registering for both technical & skill and situational developmental camps)
5th-8th grade: 9-10:30 a.m.
Focuses on various aspects of the technical and skill side of the game (footwork, dribbling, passing, and shooting).
Coed Situational Developmental Camp
2-Day Camp: July 24 and 25 - REGISTRATION CLOSED
$30 ($50 If registering for both technical & skill and situational developmental camps)
5th-8th grade: 9-10:30 a.m.
This camp is designed to help players learn the skills and strategy needed to handle different situations that will commonly occur in a game. More specifically, we will go over offense and defense in 1V1, 2V2, and 3V3 situations.
Men's Soccer College ID Camp
1-Day Camp: Sept. 8
$30 w/T-shirt
9th-12th grade: 1-4 p.m.
The camp is intended for high school prospective college athletes who want to receive training from CCC coaching staff. A campus tour also is included.
Women's Soccer College ID Camp
1-Day Camp: Sept. 15
$30 w/T-shirt
9th-12th grade: 1-4 p.m.

Rocket League Esports Camp
Camp Dates: - REGISTRATION CLOSED
- July 15: 5th-7th Grade, 12 noon-4 p.m. - CAMP CANCELED
- July 16: 8th-12th Grade, 12 noon-4 p.m. - CAMP CANCELED
$40 per camp
The Rocket League esports camps will cover a multitude of esports topics including mechanics, teamwork practices and communication as well as the opportunity for campers to compete with their peers as a group in an in-person, organized environment.
Call of Duty Esports Camps
Campers are required to have a Battle.net PC copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III to participate. The game can be purchased at https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us/product/call-of-duty-modern-warfare-iii
Campers have the option to pay an additional $70 to receive a copy of the game when they arrive at camp.

Terms and Conditions
Student Participation Agreement
I understand that the best way to make sure that I remain safe and avoid injury is to follow the rules, regulations and instructions provided to me. I agree that I will learn and obey all the rules and regulations and will follow all instruction of the staff of this CCC sponsored activity.
Parent/Guardian Agreement
I agree to allow my child/ward to participate in the CCC sponsored activity and affirm that my child’s/ward’s participation is completely voluntary. I understand that there are risks inherent in the activities my child will engage in while participating in the activity (some of which are described below) that may cause serious injury or even death. I also understand that, despite safety precautions, Central Community College cannot guarantee that my child/ward will not be injured. My child/ward and I are willing to assume these risks. To minimize the risk, I have instructed my child/ward to obey all the rules, regulations and instructions associated with the activity.
I affirm that my child/ward’s participation in the activity is entirely voluntary, and understand that participation in this activity entails a risk of injury due to certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries, such as, but not limited to, the following: contact with other individuals engaged in the activity; contact with the floor, walls, or other obstacles utilized for the activity; and strenuous exertions, quick movements which place stress on the cardiovascular, muscular, and skeletal systems. The specific risks vary from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains, to (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions, to (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. I understand that if I have questions about possible hazards, it is my responsibility to seek additional information from the CCC staff prior to signing this Form. I also understand that, despite safety precautions, Central Community College cannot guarantee that my child/ward will not be injured. I agree to assume these risks.
Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Release and Agreement Not to Sue
In consideration for permitting my child/ward to participate in the CCC sponsored activity, I voluntarily agree, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, to the following:
To Assume Full Responsibility for Any Risks or Loss, or Personal Injury, Including Death
that may be sustained by my child/ward, or any loss or damage to property owned by me/my child/ward, as a result of training for, participating in, or traveling to or from the CCC sponsored activity.
To Release, Waive, Hold Harmless, Discharge and Agree Not to Sue
the person or entity responsible for administering the CCC sponsored activity, the activity director, his/her assistants, Central Community College, or its Board of Governors, officers, employees, agents, students, and staff from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, expenses, attorneys fees, breach of contract actions, breach of statutory duty, or other duty of care, warranty, strict liability actions, and causes of action whatsoever, that I might now have or may acquire in the future, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the CCC sponsored activity.
Permission to Transport
My child/ward is eligible to participate in activities requiring transportation to a location away from the Central Community College campus. Central Community College will arrange this group transportation. Off-campus activities will take place under the guidance and supervision of Central Community College staff.
Emergency Medical Treatment
I grant permission to the activity director, assistants, of the CCC sponsored activity to act on my behalf for said minor in granting permission for evaluation/treatment of minor medical problems. I understand that should a major medical problem arise, an attempt will be made to notify me by telephone. In the event that I cannot be reached, I hereby give my consent to such medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed physician. I understand that any medical costs associated with the treatment will be my responsibility and my personal insurance is provided.
Refunds will be issued seven (7) days or more prior to start of the sports camp; less than seven (7) days will not constitute a refund.
Medical issues/death in family will fully be refunded. However, if this is a medical issue, we will need a doctor’s note faxed or emailed to us.
