  5. General Education requirements must be completed with a grade of "C" or better prior to acceptance into the program.
  6. Applicants need to submit either a letter of recommendation from a licensed Funeral Director or submit an Investigation Questionnaire.
  7. Applicants must achieve a "B" grade or higher for Human Anatomy and Lab, Accounting or Business Math.
