- Applicants must submit a transcript showing Associates Degree has been received or a minimum of 64 college credits with a grade average of "C" or above.
- Applicant must submit a recommendation form.
- Applicant must complete the Mortuary Science Program Orientation which is online for students to view.
- Applicant must satisfy DMACC's general assessment requirement and attend any required information/registered sessions.
- On campus and online option: Online students are required to participate in two on-campus visits for labs.
