While earning my degree or diploma my greatest supporters were
My children: Kylar, Harpyr, Tuckyr, Parents: Duane and Janet Mulligan, My family, Spenser, Melodee, Chelsea, Kelsey, Instructors: Wendy R, Wendy K, Denyse, Rachel, Brenda, Teresa, Columbus Community Hospital: Janet Loseke and my work family, My late grandmother, Ellen, whom told me I would be a nurse from childhood"
What I enjoyed most about my experience at CCC was
"I unexpectedly became a single mother of three during my first semester of nursing school - it was welcoming to feel my instructors encourage me to continue despite the sudden changes and hardships. CCC employees such as Lisa G. went out of their way to make sure I (and my children) had everything at our fingertips to help me succeed; because of this, I didn't have to pick up a second job or drop out of the program.
I appreciate CCC was able to accept my credits from my previous two bachelor degrees and use those toward my nursing degree credits.
And last, but certainly not least, my group of eight fellow nursing students that were always willing to build each other up when each of us were struggling because ""real life"" happens despite the stresses of nursing school. We became family."
Following graduation I’m most looking forward to
More time with my kiddos, starting my new adventure, and instilling in my children there are no excuses to give up on your dreams-you can do it.
