Profile

While earning my degree or diploma my greatest supporters were
"My husband (Cole) is one of my biggest supporters and without his motivation and encouragement to maintain focus, push forward and achieve the goal I set out to accomplish only makes earning this diploma bitter sweet. My parents, in-laws, and siblings have all showed me great appreciation for choosing to return to school. Taking years off and returning is not for the faint of heart, that's for sure. It's also been very beneficial to have friends with the same mindset and career goals attending the same school as you. So, another huge thank you to my friends for making returning to school an easier transition."
What I enjoyed most about my experience at CCC was
I loved attending classes back on campus and seeing familiar faces from previous years. The teachers are very helpful and I appreciate their hard work and dedication not only to their subject but helping us better ourselves with multiple opportunities especially during the pandemic. We started the semester with obvious goals and challenges as is, but I can honestly say they pulled together and still made learning their priority and although I miss the face to face/hands-on experience they have made it as easy as they can.
I plan to use my degree/diploma to
My goal is to obtain my Bachelors in Science of Nursing, place of retrieval is yet to be decided. I would love to put my BSN to use by opening my own clinic. While working towards my Masters and Doctorate, but we must walk before we can run. I have huge goals set for myself and I have a huge support group behind me helping those goals come true.
Following graduation I’m most looking forward to
Honestly, I wish I could say not doing homework but, the ball has just begun to roll. I am going to continue to take classes during the summer, there is no rest for the wicked especially at a time like we are facing today. Tomorrow is never promised and I plan on giving each day my all. I can't wait to re-read this in my future and finally say, I did it. Hold me to it, I will be sure to thank each and every teacher I had during the time I needed them most.
