This workshop is for high school teachers interested in learning about Mechatronics and gaining tools to integrate STEM into their curriculum to promote CTE in their schools and engage students in STEM.

Workshop Description
Join us for a fun and creative three-day professional development opportunity. Learn about Process Instrumentation and Control, a CCC Mechatronics pathway, and get hands-on with demonstrations and lessons you can take back to your classroom.
YOU WILL:
- Build you own instrumentation trainer ($600 approximate value) to keep and use in your classroom.
- Network with other teachers to write lessons relating to Process Instrumentation and Control.
- Interact with a panel of industry leaders and current Mechatronics students.
- Opportunity to work with visiting Mechatronics instructor Doug Laven, South Central College, MN.
