Sociology

Department: Academic Transfer and General Education

Sociology is the study of society. It offers us the tools to ask deeper questions about ourselves and society. Our Sociology program is designed for students planning to complete two years of study before transferring to four-year colleges or universities to complete bachelor's degrees in sociology or related fields. The courses also meet general education requirements for students in other programs.
