Political Science
By choosing a career in political science, you will likely find yourself involved in the study of politics and actively engaged in impacting policy making and informing voters, lobbyists, advocates and other individuals associated with social change movements or concerned about justice issues. Our Political Science program is designed for students planning to complete two years of study before transferring to four-year colleges or universities to complete a bachelor's degree in political science or related fields. Political science courses also meet general education requirements for students in other fields. |

At 2022-23 tuition and fee rates, completing the 60 credits required for an associate of arts or associate of science degree costs:
Nebraska residents - $6,600
Non-residents - $9,420

It does not include the cost of foundations courses, retaking courses or taking courses in addition to those required for the degree. It does not include the cost of books, supplies, tools, computers or other items that may be required.
