2023 Nurses Job Fair & Health Careers Job Fair

Health care employers and BSN-granting institutions for the Central Nebraska Region are invited to have exhibits for the Nurses Job Fair or new Health Careers Job Fair – or both.

Wednesday, March 15, 2023
College Park
3180 W Hwy 34, Grand Island

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register early!

Registration is now closed for this year.

Nurses Job Fair

10:30 a.m. – 12 noon (set-up begins at 10 a.m.)

Attending will be approximately 49 graduating (RN-eligible) students and 62 first-year students (LPN-eligible). These students come from our programs in Columbus, Grand Island and Kearney.

Health Careers Job Fair

1 – 2:30 p.m. (set-up begins at 12:30 p.m.)

This is a new job fair, so we are a bit uncertain about student attendance. Students from the following CCC programs (and their headcounts) are being strongly encouraged to attend: Medical Assisting (9), Medical Lab Tech (14), Occupational Therapy Assistant (15), Paramedicine (21), and Pharmacy Lab Tech (2).

Exhibitor Info

Each exhibitor will be provided with one exhibit table. Some tables will be narrow and long, 18 inches by 6 feet. If your organization represents multiple facilities and needs one table for each facility, please indicate how many tables you will need.

The charge is $50 per table, but there is no additional charge for those attending both the Nurses Fair and the Health Careers Fair. We will provide all exhibitors with complimentary coffee, water and light snacks.

Due to high demand, direct-hire employers recruiting for jobs in the CCC's Central Nebraska 25-county service area will be given first preference with registration. In addition, BSN-granting institutions from Nebraska programs will also receive first preference. Our space is very tight, and exhibitors will be limited to a maximum of 60 exhibitors for each fair. Please register early!

Lunch Available

For those morning exhibitors planning to stay for the afternoon job fair, simple, nonvegetarian box lunches will be available for $12 each. The college snack bar will be closed for renovations but fast-food restaurants are available about three miles away on South Locust Avenue.
