Students in the Early Childhood Education program can transfer to a four-year college or university to earn a teaching degree with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education or the Unified Early Childhood Education endorsement, qualifying them to teach children from birth through the third grade, including those with disabilities.

Graduates of the CCC program also can transfer into a bachelor’s degree program to earn an endorsement in preschool disabilities to teach infants through kindergarten children who have a range of disabilities. They can expand their career options by finishing an additional certification in elementary education.

Students who want to begin their careers after two years of study or less can earn an associate of applied science degree, diploma or certificate through our Early Childhood Education program.
