Two program options are offered for students interested in Construction Management:

The Constructon Management associate of science degree is offered as part of the Drafting and Design Technology program for students who want to transfer into the Construction Management program at the University of Nebraska-Kearney to complete a bachelor's degree.

Graduates have the knowledge and skills necessary to organize, lead, and manage people, materials, and processes of construction. They are prepared to assist architects, structural engineers and construction professionals in project management, scheduling and inspections of construction projects.

The associate of applied science degree in Construction Management is part of the Construction Technology program. It provides a concentration of courses in construction techniques and technology as well as accounting, business and project management courses.
