Our Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts graduates are highly sought after by industry employers. You’ll be able to specialize in culinary arts, hotel management and restaurant management. Culinary ArtsYou’ll gain hands-on experience in food preparation and service through assignments in the operation of our on-campus Woodlands Dining Room. Our faculty give you the opportunity to work independently in planning menus, selecting recipes, planning work schedules, pre-costing menu items and preparing and serving each item. You’ll also develop skills in baking, sauce preparation, soups, garde-manger and entrees. Hospitality ServicesAs a hotel and motel management student, you’ll study hotel law, housekeeping management, convention and group business, front office procedures and hospitality management. You’ll gain experience with industry front office computer software and have the opportunity for internships with local hotels and motels. program overviewcourse description Course Sequence by Specialization Late Night Bite @ WoodlandsThe Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts program at Central Community College will be offering our upscale dining experience. Late Night Bite @ Woodlands offers a wonderful meal prepared by the program students. The meal consists of an appetizer, soup or salad, entrée, artisan breads and dessert. We invite you to make a reservation filling out the following form. We ask that when making reservations via the form, you include your name and phone number, date of reservation and number in your party. This will be on a first come, first served basis.
