You will leave armed with an emotional first aid tool kit utilizing the emotional freedom technique (EFT) and acupressure with ear beads. These techniques do not require needles but rather fingertip tapping to restore physical and psychological balance. It can make healing faster, whether that involves physical and emotional problems such as depression or anxiety, lack of self-esteem or confidence, or addictive and compulsive behaviors such as binge eating or smoking. The class will meet March 23 and March 30.
