Masters Bev Channer and Lynette Hart combined have over 45 years of martial arts experience with an emphasis in women’s self-defense. They are also members of the national organizations Shinja Martial Arts University and Black Dragons Fighting Society. Learning self-defense is an essential life skill for today’s world. You will learn about the following: fight, flight or freeze; improved situational awareness; identifying predators/threat assessment; avoidance and de-escalation; striking, blocking and escape techniques; improvised weapons; and situational drills. Please wear comfortable clothing, but not shorts.
