How to Live a Happier Life

  • Class Type: Personal Enrichment
  • Location: Columbus
  • Start Date: February 21, 2023
  • Time: 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Every once in a while, we need to take a break from the everyday hustle and pause to reflect upon whether we are embracing a life well lived. Do you experience meaning and satisfaction in your life? Do you cherish life with moments of joy and fun? Do you feel a deep-rooted sense of happiness?

We know that a one-hour gathering for a thoughtful and insightful discussion on happiness will not magically change your life. However, we do hope that having the tools to embark on this refreshing journey towards happiness may be life changing.

A charcuterie, iced tea and coffee will be available at 6 p.m. with insightful discussion to follow from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Emily Mach is a psychology instructor at Central Community College-Columbus and a recipient of the 2022 Faculty Member of the Year Award.
