Did you know that not all honey tastes the same? Enjoy an evening learning about varietal monofloral and polyfloral honey and its production. Experience the color, taste and aroma of assorted honey samples from different areas of the United States. The discussion will also include ways home gardeners can provide foraging opportunities for our vital bee friends. Most samples will be raw honey and are unique from the last class.
