We know the importance of maintaining muscle strength as we age. In this class, you will learn how balance, mobility, and fall prevention will decrease age-related balance problems and increase overall muscular strength, coordination, flexibility and range of motions. You will learn about fall risk factors and be asked to make short- and long-term goals and will perform balancing exercises at your own skill level. This class is open to all age groups. You will be asked to complete a fall risk assessment prior to starting the class.
