This course will meet Mondays through Thursdays, Feb. 10-26. It will teach basic nursing knowledge and skills for nursing assistants in health care settings. It meets federal and state requirements for nurse aide training and competency evaluation programs.
Students must attend all sessions to attain the required 76 hours of class time and to complete their course work within the scheduled time frame. The course includes time for self-study with instructors in the classroom. State testing will be Feb. 26 and Feb. 27.
Students must be 16 or older to register for this class. Payment is due at the time of registration.
