They are practical, research-based strategies that can contribute to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. In this workshop, we will explore these and other strategies in order to more fully understand the transformative impact they can have on our daily lives. Our goal of addressing self-care practices is to provide a foundation for a well-balanced and fulfilling life.
