Advanced Homemade Noodles

In this class, students will use a pasta roller to create a variety of shapes, including: cavatelli, lorighittas, farfalle, sacchetti, fusilli al ferretto, tagliatelle and fagiolini. Flavored dough such as spinach, tomato, beef and herb will also be demonstrated and made in class to take home.
