Cheese Tasting

Join us for a cheese pairing class and learn what cheeses go best with a variety of foods ranging from hot and cold dishes to desserts. Participants will sample three each of hard, semi-soft, and soft cheeses. Crackers and water will be used to cleanse the palate after each sample. Assorted recipes will also be shared.
