Alexis Wingert, owner and founder of Grazing Gouda, always had a knack for entertaining, a love of celebrating with others, and a destiny for cheese. With roots in the Netherlands and Green Bay, Wis., cheese has always played a role as family and friends gathered for conversation and laughter. Alexis would like to share her fun expression of entertaining using charcuterie boards with her knowledge of all different types of cheese, how to pair them with other delectables as well as creating an attractive display. This class will include sampling, of course.
