In this seminar, we will learn that not all wine pairs with all food. What pairs best and why? How does acidity affect pairings? How does sweetness in wine affect pairings? How does the fat in our food affect the wine? Dazzle your friends with the perfect pairing every time. We will explore pairings with cheese, charcuterie, and savory and sweet foods. One pairing will work great and one will be off. This is done intentionally so we can discuss why. You must be 21+ to take this class.
