Learn to put together a beautiful charcuterie board that is sure to impress. You will learn basic charcuterie techniques as well as some ideas to make them special for holidays. You will leave with a small board to feed two to four people and skills to recreate on a larger scale. Please bring a good knife, a cheese you would like to try, and your imagination. The rest of the supplies will be provided.
