Grab a few friends and let’s blend wine. First you will learn how blended wines are made and then you get to create your own blend. We will select three different bottles of single varietal wines and your team determine the proportion of each wine to create something new and special. You will learn the criteria that goes into blending and then wow the judge. There is an art and science to this so put on your creative scientific hats and join us for the fun. Please make sure to eat first. You’ll be sampling a lot of wine and its imperative have food in your stomach. You must be 21+ to take this class.
