Designed to give home cooks a solid foundation of skills for everyday cooking, this class will build your confidence and expand your inspiration in the kitchen. You’ll learn basic knife skills and how to identify ingredients, plan for failure and apply essential techniques to a variety of dishes. The class will meet Mondays, March 1-22. Materials list will be emailed before class begins.
Advanced registration is required for this class. class size is limited. Please bring supplies as listed and the ingredients fees on the night of the class.
