Sourdough is lower in gluten, easier to digest and contains probiotics, promoting a healthy gut. You’ll learn simple tips and tricks to make sourdough fit your life and take home a more than 100-year-old “mother” to bake for years to come. You’ll also have support from the instructor after the workshop for any questions that may come up. Required equipment: medium to large bowl, quart-sized wide-mouth jar and 5 cups of bread or unbleached all-purpose flour.
