Incorporating probiotics into your diet may improve your overall health by influencing digestion, immunity and mental well-being. Mix up your own starter using a 100-year-old sourdough "mother" in class, then take it home with tips and tricks to care for the starter and use it to bake bread for years to come. Please bring a medium to large bowl, a quart-sized wide-mouth jar and five cups of bread or unbleached all-purpose flour.
