Gut Health Sourdough Workshop

Gut health is crucial for overall well-being, influencing digestion, immunity and mental health. Learn the simple ways to improve your overall health. We will then learn how to make sourdough bread. Sourdough is lower in gluten, easier to digest and contains probiotics, promoting a healthy gut. You will learn simple tips and tricks to make sourdough fit your life. You will take home an over 100-year-old “mother” to bake for years to come. You will have support from the instructor after the workshop to ask any questions that may come up.

Please bring a medium to large bowl, a quart-size wide-mouth jar, Five cups of bread or unbleached all- purpose flour and gloves for mixing the dough.
