Sourdough is lower in gluten, easier to digest and contains probiotics, promoting a healthy gut. You will learn simple tips and tricks to make sourdough fit your life. You will take home an over 100-year-old “mother” to bake for years to come. You will have support from the instructor after the workshop to ask any questions that may come up.
Please bring a medium to large bowl, a quart-size wide-mouth jar, Five cups of bread or unbleached all- purpose flour and gloves for mixing the dough.
