Chadric Harms has a contagious enthusiasm for food and an artful flair for making plates that are as good to look at as they are to eat. In this night of culinary fun and experimentation, he will share tips and techniques on food styling and plate design. He will work though processes like choosing the right plate, ingredient layering, color and flavor pairings, texture considerations and garnishes.
Chadric will demonstrate that no matter what we decide to cook for dinner, we can always add visual appeal in our food presentation – because we also eat with our eyes. Details, use of everyday ingredients and a heartfelt desire to add joy to everyday life through art and food is the focus of this class. Come join us at the table. It will be a delightful experience!
Chadric is an instructor of art, design and education at Central Community College-Columbus.
