This 90-minute class will cover how to make taste-tempting jellies and jams from fruit from your own garden or orchard or from farmer’s markets, etc. The instructor will take you through an easy method of using canned or bottled juice to make delicious grape jelly and will provide you with some hands-on opportunities. She will also explain how to extract juice from fruits for making jelly and how to process fruits for jam. Handouts will be provided to all class participants.
