In this class, Katy will make with you a feast featuring snacks and dishes from around the world, from puffed shrimp crisps to spinach/artichoke wonton cups to ‘eggrolls’ and Korean sweet rice cake. Don’t miss out on this tastebud teasing night! Participants will have a hands-on cooking experience and take the recipes home with them to share with their family.
Instructor Katy McNeil loves to share her “go to” tips, tricks and techniques for her favorite recipes. As a home chef, she’s been cooking for friends, family and a few select clients/events over the last 13 years. Recently, she has been sharing her passion with others through social media on #katycooks using fun and funky ingredients and making delectable use of leftovers.
