Cooking with Katy: Dip, Dip Hurray!

In this fun class, Katy will walk through creating fun, creative and crowd-pleasing savory dips and dessert dips just in time for Valentine’s Day events and parties. Crab dip, key lime pie dip, black truffle dill dip, cowboy caviar, easy homemade caramel dip, chocolate chip dip and, of course, her famously easy pineapple salsa. Come hungry because sampling is a must in this class.

Instructor Katy McNeil loves to share her “go to” tips, tricks and techniques for her favorite recipes. As a home chef, she’s been cooking for friends, family and a few select clients/events over the last 13 years. Recently, she has been sharing her passion with others through social media on #katycooks using fun and funky ingredients and making delectable use of leftovers.
