Basics of Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets

This introductory class to Microsoft Excel and the world of spreadsheets will review spreadsheet terminology and Excel’s basic functions. You’ll learn how to navigate spreadsheets and workbooks; enter and edit text in cells as well as values, formulas and pictures; move and copy data; and work with ranges, rows and columns. The course will include an introduction to simple functions and basic formatting techniques, and touch on creating and modifying charts. This Excel Basic class will start you on your way to discovering the magic of spreadsheets. Please bring a sack lunch.
