On average, people spend at least one-third of their lives in a work setting and much of that time is spent under the pressure of deadlines, responsibilities, and commitments. Emotional behavior, both positive and negative, can be expected. In this workshop, we will explore ways to handle disputes more effectively and how to keep conflict from spiraling out of control.
