Wool felting is a very simple handcraft that does not require many tools. Wool fibers are tangled and compacted by repeatedly jabbing the needle into the fibers, forming three-dimensional felt sculptures bound only by one’s imagination. Not only will you learn how to felt but you will also learn how to choose the right wool and supplies, what kind of surface to use and where to get supplies. The class will meet Mondays, June 15-29.
