Beginning Crochet

  • Class Type: Arts and Crafts
  • Location: Lexington
  • Start Date: April 08, 2021
  • Time: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Crocheting can turn down time into productive time. Gain a feeling of accomplishment by working on a project while waiting at the doctor’s office or watching TV. It’s easy and fun to learn. In this class, you will learn to crochet while creating a project from beginning to end, starting with the most popular crochet stiches, single and double. Along the way, you’ll also learn about yarn weights, changing colors and finishing a project by weaving in your ends. Please bring a size G or J hook and medium worsted-weight yarn in a light, solid color to make a dishcloth. The class will meet Thursdays, April 8-22.
