Our Early Childhood Education program will help you develop and refine your teaching skills and learn new techniques through practicum experience while working under the supervision of a teacher in a child care facility or early childhood program. This program allows you to gain the fundamental building blocks you’ll need to transfer to a four-year college or university and earn a teaching degree with an endorsement in early childhood education or the unified early childhood education endorsement, qualifying you to teach children from birth through the third grade, including those with disabilities.

At 2022-23 tuition and fee rates, completing the 62 credits required for the Early Childhood Education degree costs:

Nebraska residents - $6,820

Non-residents - $9,734
