What is a mentor? A mentor is a person who acts as a source of support to an individual. A mentor is someone who gives information, listens, and acts as a guide for success. Mentoring relationships have proven to be very valuable and may contribute to an individual’s success in life.

Who may participate? Any student enrolled in Central Community College-Grand Island who feels he or she could benefit from the support of a mentor is welcome to participate in the program. This service is available at no charge.
