Copyright Restrictions Warning
The copyright law of the United States (Title
17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other
reproductions of copyrighted materials.
Under certain conditions specified by law,
libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or
other reprodution. One of these specified conditions is that the
photocopy or reprodution is not to be "used for any purpose
other than private study, scholorship, or research." If a
user makes a request for, or later uses , a photocopy for purposes
in excess of "fair use", that user may be liable for
copyright infringement.
This institution reserves the right to refuse
a copying order, if in its judgement, fullfillment of the order
would involve violation of copyright law.
"Rule of 5" may prevent this library from borrowing the material
for you.
Within on calandar year, a library may recive
no more than five copies of an article or articles published in
any given periodical. This includes all issues of the periodical
published in the last five years, as opposed to a single issue
of the periodical.
