How do I register for the Automated Password Reset System?

 

From the Central Community College Student Helpdesk, (Click) on Manage your CCC Student Password

 

 

(Click) on Automated Password Reset

Enter your CCC Student username in the name labeled User Name: and (click) continue.

 

 

 

If you have not registered, you will receive the You are not registered message. (Click) Register to register.

 

 

 

 

Enter your CCC Student Username and Password and (click) continue.

 

Enter an email address and then choose two challenge questions and complete. (click) Register.

 

 

You’re all set! Now you can automatically reset your password if you forget. The next time you use this system, you will be asked to answer your challenge questions and then you can reset your password.
