The Mission of the Special Populations Office is …

·   to advocate and provide assistance to qualified students with disabilities and arrange for reasonable accommodations in order to afford the student an equal opportunity to participatin the institution’s programs, activities and services; 

·   to be a proactive resource in the transition process for all prospective students with disabilities; and

·   to research and improve service options for students with disabilities in postsecondary education.
