Join Mary Ann Douglas, fitness trainer, and Lucy Kerby, canine training specialist, as they help you and your dog maximize your fitness during daily walks. This is a team approach to help you get off the couch and your dog to curb their energy by working together with a fitness plan. Learn what precautions you and your dog need to take during the summer weather and how to prepare a practical and functional equipment list. Using your dog’s passion to run and play, you can maximize your exercise program while helping your dog burn excess calories at the same time. What could be better than exercising your canine buddy and getting in physical shape yourself? The first night will be a question and answer session for owners, dogs get the night off.
