ENTR 2060 Entrepreneurship Legal Issues 3 The student will explore state and local legal issues related to business entities including sole proprietorship, general partnerships, limited partnerships and corporations. Students will review contract law, articles of incorporations and the filing process, employment law (including FEPA, ADA, FMLA), personnel policies and procedures, the hiring process, job descriptions, disciplinary actions, and business insurance.
