Career Academies provide an opportunity for high school juniors
and seniors to learn about high-demand career areas, including the skills needed to be successful in pursuing the career field of their choice. Activities include:
Completing 12-17 credit hours of college-level
course work at the end of two years in an academy.
Academy graduates receive an Achievement Award, which can be
used as an accomplishment on a student resume and on scholarship applications.

The Central Nebraska Career Academy has been a partnership
since 2008 between Central Community College and high schools across our 25-county
